Pricing and quotes
How much does a website, an online store or a mobile app cost?
Our starting prices: business website ₺25,000, online store ₺60,000, custom web platform ₺90,000, mobile app for iPhone and Android ₺120,000. Monthly services start at ₺3,000 for maintenance and ₺8,000 for SEO. We confirm the exact amount in a fixed quote after the first call.
How does your pricing work?
We don’t bill hours or days; we give a fixed price for the work. After the first call we write the scope, timeline and total on a single page. The price doesn’t change while we work. If the scope changes, we talk first and continue once you approve the new amount.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. The first call and the quote are free, and accepting it is up to you.
What does the starting price include?
Each service page lists what’s included. For a business website, for example, the starting price covers design and development of up to 12 pages in one language, a contact form, mobile layout, SEO basics and domain, hosting and SSL setup.
What costs come after launch?
The domain is paid yearly and hosting monthly. For mobile apps, Apple’s developer membership is 99 US dollars a year and Google Play’s registration is a one-time 25 US dollars. Online stores pay the payment provider a fee per transaction. A maintenance plan is optional.
Why do you publish your prices?
Because it’s the first question everyone asks. Knowing whether your budget fits before we talk saves time on both sides.
Process and timeline
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. A business website usually takes 2–4 weeks, an online store 4–8 weeks, and a mobile app or web platform 6–12 weeks. We give you a clear timeline in the first call and stick to it.
How does the process work?
Five steps: discovery call and fixed quote, design, build, launch, then maintenance. We don’t build before you approve the design, and you see a working version every week during the build.
What do you need from me?
A call to explain your business, feedback during design, and copy and images if the project needs them. We don’t expect technical knowledge; we explain technical decisions in plain language.
Do you work with clients outside Turkey?
Yes. We’re based in Istanbul and work remotely: calls happen over video and previews are shared as links. We work in English and Turkish.
Ownership and accounts
Who owns the code, the domain and the accounts?
You do. The domain, hosting, App Store and Google Play accounts are opened in your name, and the source code lives in a repository you can access. You’re free to work with another team later.
Do you use templates?
No. We design from scratch for your business, on solid, widely used software foundations, and avoid closed systems that tie you to one vendor.
Is there a monthly platform fee or commission?
No. Systems we build for you carry no monthly platform fee or sales commission paid to us. Hosting, domain and payment provider fees are paid directly to those providers.
Mobile apps
Who handles the App Store and Google Play?
We do, from submission to launch, and the apps and accounts are yours. 6 of our own apps are live on the App Store and 5 on Google Play, so we know the review process first-hand.
Do I pay separately for iPhone and Android?
No. We build both platforms from one codebase, and the starting price covers both.
What happens if the store rejects the app?
First-submission rejections are common. Fixing and resubmitting is on us, at no extra cost.
Can you add payments or subscriptions?
Yes. In-app purchases, subscriptions and rewarded ads run in our own apps, and we set them up for yours with the same experience.
After launch
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Maintenance starts at ₺3,000 a month with no lock-in: updates, tested backups, 24/7 monitoring and small changes are included.
Can you take over an unfinished project?
Yes. We review where it stands and tell you plainly what can be saved and what needs rebuilding. The decision stays with you.

Where is iO Digital Studio based?
In Istanbul, Turkey. We work remotely with clients across Turkey and abroad, in English and Turkish.
Is iO Digital Studio the same company as iO (iodigital.com)?
No. iO Digital Studio is an independent studio in Istanbul and has no connection to the iO agency at iodigital.com.
Why don’t you introduce your team on the site?
It’s a choice: we’d rather the work speak. We’re a small team; we meet in the first call and look at the work together.
Why do you have your own products?
Because running our own products teaches us what it really takes to keep one live: store reviews, payments, user feedback, server problems. We bring that experience to client work.
